Wins and Losses

The Sugar Bowl championship games in New Orleans are now held once every four years, a frequency rate of 25%.  Under the new rules, New Orleans will host the Sugar Bowl once every five years, a frequency rate of 20%.  The difference is a frequency rate of 5%.

The loss of present Sugar Bowl activity is thus:
0.05 ÷ 0.25 x 100 = 20%.
